EzyProcure processing
EzyProcure processes customer data to provide, host, secure, maintain and support the contracted service and as otherwise required by applicable law.
Enterprise arrangements
Where reasonably required for an enterprise customer or applicable law, the parties may enter into a separate Data Processing Agreement that defines controller, processor, security, retention and cross-border obligations in greater detail.
End of service
Data export, retention and deletion after termination are handled according to available product functionality, contractual terms, security requirements and applicable law.
