EzyProcure Procurement Platform
A role-based procurement and business operations platform being evaluated through guided demos and requirement-led rollout, connecting purchase requests, RFQs, vendor quotations, purchase orders, receiving, inventory, site activity, accounts visibility and management reporting in one controlled system.
The challenge
Procurement work is often split across spreadsheets, calls, messaging apps, email and disconnected records. That creates duplicate entry, weak approval visibility, poor supplier history and difficulty understanding what is happening across multiple sites or departments.
Our approach
The platform is structured around real operational roles rather than one generic dashboard. Purchase, site, accounts, HR, vendors and management receive different access and workflows, while the owner or super administrator retains wider visibility and control. Buyers can validate relevant workflows through a guided demo before implementation scope is agreed.
