Trust Center

Security, access, reliability and product change — explained in one place.

This public trust center documents the operating principles behind EzyProcure. It avoids claiming certifications, uptime guarantees or controls that have not been formally verified.

01

Access control

EzyProcure is designed around role-based access so different departments can work within the permissions assigned to them. Production access decisions should follow least-privilege principles and be reviewed as responsibilities change.

  • Role-based permissions
  • Department and site context
  • Owner / authorized management visibility
  • Account lifecycle controls
02

Data and environment separation

Business applications should keep configuration, credentials and production data separated from public source code and development environments. Secrets should be handled through managed environment configuration rather than embedded in client-facing code.

03

Deployment and change control

Website and application changes are versioned and deployed through controlled environments. Product changes should be reviewed, tested and reversible where practical before wider rollout.

04

Backups and recovery readiness

Backup, restore and disaster-recovery requirements belong to the production backend and hosting architecture. Public documentation will be updated with verified recovery objectives when the relevant production systems are finalized.

05

Monitoring and incident response

Operational monitoring should cover availability, errors, deployment health and security-relevant events. Formal status reporting and incident history will be published only when the underlying monitoring system is connected.

06

Responsible disclosure

Security concerns can be reported through the published security contact. Reports should not include unnecessary personal data or attempts to access data that does not belong to the reporter.

07

Product updates and roadmap

Release notes and roadmap information should distinguish shipped capabilities from planned work. Planned items are not promises of a specific delivery date unless separately contracted.

08

Enterprise due diligence

Organizations evaluating EzyProcure can request architecture, access-control, deployment, integration and data-handling discussions appropriate to the proposed implementation.

Built to evolve

This section can be updated as verified assets, integrations and operating data become available.

No fake customers, reviews, integrations, certifications or performance claims are published. New evidence can be added without rebuilding the page architecture.
